Last week, one of my friends commented that I need to stop focusing on what I haven’t done (lose 39 pounds in 39 weeks), and instead focus on what I have done.
I’VE LOST AND KEPT OFF 28 POUNDS!!!! WOOHOOOOOO!!!!!

This week we’ll be celebrating John’s birthday, so there will be cake, ice cream, pizza, In N Out burgers and fries, peanut butter-filled pretzels, chocolate-covered almonds, and so much more. I hope to get at least one run along the beach, but at this point I’ll just be glad to enjoy life, enjoy health, and renew my goal next week to lose 50 pounds.
