RESULTS: Lost 0 pounds for a total loss of 31 pounds
It’s been a stressful few weeks. We just moved about 40 miles closer to John’s work, among many other stressful things. There is a lot of extra exercise involved in moving, sure, but also a lot more junk food and stress eating. (Delicious yummy junk food like pizza and chips and dip and soda!)
I’m still unpacking, and I haven’t found my scale yet. But when I do, I’m not sure how to compare it to the last 35 weeks since it’s not only a different scale, but it’s digital instead of analog/mechanical. Plus, I had a really, really bad day yesterday and ate three-quarters of a bag of kettle potato chips in a sitting. Yikes.
All that to say…I’m a month behind my goal of a pound a week for 50 weeks, I’m dealing with some really tough stressors in really defeating ways, I haven’t run in a week…but I’m still going, still working it, still getting rid of clothes that are too big. 🙂
So…that’s all I’ve got…just putting one foot in front of the other, one step at a time. If you’re doing the same, hang in there! Somehow, we’ll make it through this tough period together.
